What were the main project works identified by the client?
The Ferris family wanted to transform their newly built apartment in Mellieha into a new family home. The property required all finishing works from A to Z such as Gypsum ceilings, bathroom partitioning, wall features and bulkheads, rope light features, painting and decoration works.
What were the challenges that MTRefurbishing have faced and how did they solved them?
First, we had to understand their intention – what was the ambiance and design that the client wanted to achieve. We also wanted to understand their family dynamics and the functionality of the rooms and what they needed to install to make their home efficient and comfortable. The project required alignments and adjustments between the architectural design and the actual construction site, which resulted from thourough discussions on each room. All the features were built after the micro-cement plastering was done, which required a lot of focus and attention for preservation purposes.
The materials used and the overall style of the location
The latest technologies were used for a smooth and efficient operation supplied by our partners. The property flourished with potential. Being a sea view apartment it offers a tranquil and serene ambiance. It is a modern building, constructed and designed with 2019 international standards, makes it is perfect for any young modern family to nest in.
